RETURN AN ITEM

If you would like to return an order please contact us at bella.curvybelle@gmail.com.  Once the return is approved please return the items by post in their original condition, complete with all labels & tags within 14 days of receipt. After satisfactory inspection of your return, we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons or if they are made to order. Curvy Belle is not liable for the cost of returning items or if items are lost in the post. Please note made to order items are non-returnable or exchangeable. Items must be returned unworn and undamaged in perfect condition.

FAULTY ITEM

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

IF YOU RECEIVE THE INCORRECT ITEM.

If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact our online team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent on the item. We would ask that you take care with fake tan or makeup when trying on the garment. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and may result in the item being sent back to the customer. Custom made and made to order items are not eligible for return or exchange.
